Andi Anugrah : Consultant
Andi Anugrah is the Consultant for Telexindo with responsibilities in business development, training and consulting in the area of CRM and Contact Center.
Prior to setting-up Telexindo, he worked for many companies include local and multi-national companies, such as Wandel & Goltermann, Lucent Technologies Pty. Ltd., PT. Avaya Indonesia, PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, tbk. and Brandt International Pty. Ltd.
He has been successful in setup contact center for Acer Indonesia, Elevo Technology Indonesia, Pertamina, Bank Tabungan Negara, Ditjen Pajak, and support contact center/telemarketing development for Indosat, Garuda Indonesia, Bank Danamon Indonesia, PLN and etc.
He has delivered many in-house training for Bank Central Asia, Bank Mandiri, Bank Internasional Indonesia, Unilever Indonesia, Telkomsel, Telkom, Hutchison CP Telecommunication, Kalbe Nutritionals and many others company.
He is one of the initiators of setting up the Indonesia Call Center Association (ICCA) in 2003, and currently as chairman of ICCA.
